Consumption Paintings
The first of my official ‘Consumption Paintings.’ The idea of people carrying the burden of their worth or what they cling to materially has been with me for a long while, manifesting in undergrad some years ago, but this painting is what really articulated a lot of the free form ideas surrounding the concept.
