Consumptive Prints
Adjectives I have heard from those who have seen this print include 'graphic,' 'abstract,' and 'explosion.' It was an exciting journey, the making of this print inspired by the Consumption Painting "Glass of Milk." At a certain point I had to stop looking at the painting all together and let the wooden block dictate how the idea would be expressed. As usual, when the artist humbles themselves to the medium, everyone wins.
At the moment only Artist Proofs have been made as I struggle to find the perfect type of paper to create a full edition.
